If you're not getting a PWM signal out of the Digital Sidecar, one obvious thing to check is whether or not you've actually enabled the robot from the Driver Station. What is the Robot Signal Light (the small green LED by the RSL connector on the Digital Sidecar connected to the DIO module in Slot 4) doing?
