You are allowed to trade draft slots of 3 picks. You cannot trade individual picks.
You can make a multi-draft trade, either of draft slots or of teams.
You are definitely not allowed to make any trades that result in more or less than 3 teams per FF team.

To Nemesis, 1676 and Untouchables:
If yes to just #1, i will trade my 1st and 2nd for your 1st and 2nd
If yes to #2, i will swap 1st's in this one, and then swap 1st's with you in the next draft where i am ahead of you. If i am ahead by only 2 spots or less, i will trade 1st and 2nd.
If yes to #3, i will trade my 1st and 3rd for your 1st

So, #1 is legal--but it's all three picks, not just #1 and #2.
#2 is not legal--you trade all the picks, not just first-round.
#3 is not applicable--see the earlier response.

However, trading teams after the draft is legal. The main restriction there is that everybody end up with three teams.
