No. the only exception would be the really tiny ones from the tetrix pivot bearing kit. It looks big in the picture, but it is only just big enough to fit a #2 or 3 machine screw through the center bore.

EDIT: Actually, with any type of threaded rod under 3/8" being legal this year, one might be able to make this work for some light-duty applications other than the one it was specifically included in the kit for.
