The Google Zeitgeist is a page of google's most popular search terms for 2002. It's actually pretty interesting to see what people have been searching for.
For example, xbox made the top 10 tech searches, while ps2 or gamecube didn't. Die Another Day was #6 on top movies, while LotR came in at number 10
. Counter-Strike beats out all gaming queries except for the Sims, while the Simpsons are still the best (and most searched for) TV Show. The top image searches for women are hardly big suprises - Britney Spears and Shakira? Two fine singers. Pamela Anderson? A Great Actress. Anna Kournikova? psah! probably the best tennis player ever!
