I believe events have signs that say by walking into the venue, you agree to letting FIRST use pictures of yourself. I think this should apply to your robot as well.

I'm not sure if this pertains to teams robots, but when a student signs up in STIMS they agree that pictures can be taken of them. Not sure if that's all it states but if you are at a public event you can take pictures and post them to the web.
