Additionally, we have brought many female guests into the cast since April. If we find a guest who can add something to a cast (or a guest approaches us about a cast) we make no distinction on whether the guests are male, female, or anything else. I am providing the data that I have access to from the FB page as far as demographics. This is the ONLY source of demographics I have access to for our podcast. I also have read somewhere (can't recall the source) that the male/female split for FIRST was 73%/27%. Yes there is a difference between the two. I believe part of that could be our advertising methods (predominantly CD which seems quite male dominated). If you, or anyone on CD, has any suggestions for how we could make content available to the community we would be happy to hear the suggestions.
