Similar to how the manufacturer of your computer ships a recovery DVD just for that make and model, the USB stick for imaging the computers has the specific drivers for the E09 and E11 CTL Classmate. It will most likely not work very well on a different computer.
The instructions there are essentially to have Win7 and do the SW installs for development and possibly driver station.
