Team 4328 (rookie) received the E09 flash drive and it seems we should have received the E11. Other rookie teams around us got the E09 as well. Was this just some big mixup? After emailing FIRST they said to complet the parts replacement request, but we can only do that once. How can we test all our parts without having the correct software?
