2012 Buick Achievers Scholarship ($100k for incoming AND current college students

Full disclosure: When I'm not building robots, I work for a Buick dealer.

I haven't seen a thread on this, so I figured I'd mention that Buick's brought back the Buick Achievers scholarship for 2012. The program "wants to reward students who have succeeded both inside and outside of the classroom—and who may not be able to attend college without financial assistance."

100 incoming or current college students will receive up to $25,000 per year, renewable for up to four years (or five, if it's a five-year engineering program) in one of the qualifying majors. 1,000 more will receive a $2,000 one-time scholarship.

The deadline to apply is February 29th; apply and get the details at http://www.buickachievers.com/. There are definitely some worthy FIRSTers around here that have a great shot.

Good luck!

(Now to log out of ChiefDelphi before I start checking other things and lose half my day!)
