Re: Camera configuration problems

To factory reset the camera, unplug it, wait five seconds, hold the reset button, and plug the camera in, and continue holding the reset button until the light on the front of the camera flashes red and green (I'm doing this from memory).

At this point, the camera should definitely be at 192.168.0.90 and you should be able to ping it, log into it using a web browser (type the IP address into the URL command line), and you should be able to use Vision Assistant or other tools on the camera.
