Does the camera have power, and what color is the light around its lens?

Is the network status light on the camera showing that there is a good electrical connection? If you plug the camera into a router, does the status light on the router show a good connection? Do you see any blinking on the activity light?

Can you copy the results of typing "ipconfig" and paste it here? That might show something odd that we could recognize as a possible problem.
