Bumpers and the bridge

So something odd just struck me: The bumper zone this year is from 2" to 10" meaning the entire bumper must fit within the vertical space between those two dimensions from the floor.

The bridge is 12" off the ground. Is anyone concerned about the potential for the bridge being unable to lower due to the bumpers getting caught in the space. Is this concern ungrounded? What are some initial ideas on how to avoid this (or is it just going to be largely a matter of good driving?)
