To do it in 3dsmax you first render each angle independently into 3 avis. Then create a new scene in 3dsmax and create 3 planes. Each plane should take up 1/3 the screen. In the materials editor, you can map avis to the diffuse map just like you can with regular images. Map a different avi to each plane and you are done.
Of course it would be much easier in premier.

Thank you. If you would like, I can find some good trialware video editors. If you have windows XP then you already have one builtin. Same with OSX.
