Yes. However, under [R08], you would be causing a safety hazard (Item A in the blue box). This is a violation of [G01], which results in a disablement/reinspection. Repeated violations would most likely result in invocations of [T03] (red card) and/or [T15] (egregious behavior--yellow card).

In other words, it's not worth it. Great way to get on every team's do not pick list for the eliminations, great way to rack up no-shows at matches and/or red cards... you get the picture.
