Nationals 2000- the Final 4 of college basketball was in Indianapolis that year so we left the day after the championship game. Ohhh man your not going to believe this. Right now Im listening to ESPN Radio and they are talking to a member of the press who is talking about college basketball referees. He said "I had a fine conversation with the referee of the 2000 National Championship game on an airplane back to Orlando the night after the championships..." Heh I sat next to that guy and listened to quite a bit of that convo
