We logged onto the Driver Station now, the Jaguars are a solid yellow, the joysticks are plugged in properly, and the Driver Station said that there is Java Code, but when we move the JoySticks the Jaguars do not change colors or move the motors no matter if we have autonomous or teleop mode enabled.

Any Ideas on what we may be doing wrong or how we can get the motors moving?
