Do you have power to the Digital Sidecar? Is the Robot Signal Light blinking as expected?
The Digital Sidecar should be connected by a 37-pin cable to a DIO module in slot 2 of the cRIO. What cable are you using? The ribbon cable that came in the Kit of Parts might have been assembled incorrectly; there are instructions
here for checking and fixing it.

Did you reconfigure the camera to the proper address? The 2012 Dashboard program expects it to be at 10.te.am.11 instead of last year's 192.168.0.90.
