But the first one I tried did not install the plugins properly and 6.9.1 worked fine. You might consider trying 6.9.1 if you are not currently. I have not had any problems with it so far.

Netbeans opens, goes through the whole startup process, and then when it should be opening the ide window to code in, it just dies, no error message nothing, it is as if it was never started. it functioned fully before i installed the library then afterwords, it just loads the window where it initalizes, runs through that, then there is nothing at all, no ide no trace of it in task manager, no log file, nothing at all.
