The cRIO can request images from the camera just like the Driver Station does. The images come in via Ethernet either way.

If you really, really want to plug the camera into the cRIO port 2 for some strange reason, then the Driver Station must be changed to ask for images from the cRIO, and the cRIO code must be changed to forward images to the Driver Station. That'll slow the image stream down though.
