Haha! Definitely on the inside just propped up against the center windshield. As far as breaking the glass on impact - I don't know- The glass is fairly thick and as someone who's had to beat one out with a chalk (window removal - non-preferred method) I can vouch for how tough these things are (although arcing in the NESA system can cause de lamination which can cause localized weak spots) and heating them up too quickly certainly can cause them to crack. Other than that they take a bit of abuse before breaking.

...Stay tuned to see where Pigasus ends up (oddly enough the airfield we are operating out of this time of year is...Pegasus).
