I update to a new version using 3 1-Red 1-Green 1-Blue Rebel LEDS

This reduces cost greatly and still has a great range.

The key to the design working is the proximity of the leds to the lenses.
Andy marks is pretty far away from the center of the lens.

The signal will be a standard Digital Servo PWM.
That is 1.25-2 ms High 20 ms pulse length.

It will be scaled along the 360 Color wheel to control HUE.

So 1.25 = Red
1.5 = Green
1.75 Blue
2.0 = RED

A simple modification to any servo library will fix this.

Otherwise the code can scale it along the standard 1.25-1.75 timing,
But I would like green to be the "HOME" position.
