Hansen Hobbies, we use them for all our PWM and other .1" connector needs and I haven't found a better price. I highly recommend
this, from the same site, for crimping the connectors. It's almost impossible to get a good crimp without the right tool. The wire there is a great price too, but they only have 3-conductor wire.
