What defines a good team though? Just because a team doesnt have a reputation of being a powerhouse doesnt mean they arent good. Scouters need to be sitting and observing every match possible. Shift off on the hours and have them record notes and fill out little forms for each match. You can take the results of each match and compare them for who you think could be a good partner.
Reputation isnt everything...
