There is no 9102 module; I assume you mean 9201. The only suggestions I have would be to tether with a crossover cable and make sure you have wired the analog breakout's power supply to a pair of 12V terminals (and
not the 24V ones).
That being said, the presence of the analog breakout module is irrelevant to drive control. It is a sensor input interface, and nothing more. The 9403 module is the one that you need to drive your robot. Directions for checking and fixing your DB37 can be found
