The Laptop Camera Widget is also missing. It seems very arbitrary (which is frightening in programming). I've tried reinstalling, and replacing WPIJavaCV.jar with other versions, and nothing is working. I'm running this on Windows 7, bootcamp, MacBook Pro. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
It probably has to do with how your opening the program. If you go into Program Files\SmartDashboard and double-click it there, it should work.

If you create a shortcut, or copy the SmartDashboard.jar elsewhere, or run it from shell or batch without being in the proper folder, then it might not work.
