Camera Problems

I have the Older Axis 206 Camera, and I used the new FRC Camera Setup to set the FRC account and change the IP to run through the router.

I did this twice, both times, after a reboot of the C-rio and camera at the same time, both times the camera stopped working and I needed to reuse the Camera Setup tool. The 3rd time, the Camera stopped again. I tried the tool for no luck. I attempted to use the Factory Reset button to reset the IP and settings to the default 192.168.0.90, only to find: 1.) the Camera IP remained as 10.26.3.11; 2.) The camera was only abled to be pinged @ 10.26.3.11; 3.) The camera webpage was inaccessable from either 192.168.0.90 or 10.26.3.11 both times the Laptop IPs used to 192.168.0.72 and 10.26.3.72 for each attempt. Both times the Camera was either pinging randomly between 2-50 ms (This was directly connected to the laptop) or Received Destination Host Not Found Errors.

Any ideas? Camera bricked or is there a way to fix this? I have confirmed the following the reset instructions that the Reset button isn't resetting the camera to defaults.
