Jags will not calibrate

New weird issue...

Configuration:
4 black jags wired to CIM motors
Running Mecanums on the Nanos (kinda rhymish )
Using PWMs to Digital Sidecars

Scenario:
Tried to calibrate jags but two would not calibrate (on opposing corners of the bot).

After multiple attempts to calibrate:
Changed out PWMs for new ones....still didn't calibrate
Then
Changed out jags for two good ones that had been previously calibrated...still didn't calibrate

Ideas? Would like to figure out the problem because it is kind of tweaking our drivers a little bit (I suggested changing the power wiring and have been told it is a 'non-factor' their latest new terminology...)
