I think the motor selection is much better this year.
For starters, FIRST improved the old motors, making the bosch tougher (barring it being dropped) and by putting a usable output shaft on the Atwood motor.
They also brought back the old Van Door motors, which were much better than the other low rpm output motors (It's got a metric shaft on it still
).
