You are going to have to give a little bit more info here for any responses to be helpful. Maybe some of your code and or info about you electronics setup. I know that some of the vex motors are actually continuous servos. If this is the case, you need to make sure that you use the jumper on the digital sidecar, adjacent to the PWM outputs.
