No, this is not our design, It was a way to get others excited about FIRST and out of the box thinking. Out of the box thinking is what makes FIRST great, it drives creativity, and inspiration.

I believe that the idea came when people started talking about octanum, and articulating crab drive, hey why not a walking robot, so I spent 2hrs on CAD... and now we have a viral walking prototype...

Maby an off season design?
