I recently signed up via the FIRST-provided link for Altium software a few days ago, but for some reason I still haven't gotten a registration email or the like from them (and yes, I have checked my spam folder). Has anyone else had experience with Altium registration and had this issue?

Alternatively, if anyone knows free circuit diagram programs (with the exception of Autodesk's Electrical), recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
