Your entire bumper, not just the plywood and noodles, must fit within the range of 2-10" from the floor. Theoretically, if you put the bottom of your bumper at two inches, and make the sponsor sheet only 3" tall, you could just fit. But I do not believe that meets the spirit or intent of the rules, both bumper and sponsor.

That display looks great, and I hope you can find a way to get it onto your robot within the weight limit.
