I recently used the iSprocket tool from
www.firstcadlibrary.com to generate a 140 tooth sprocket by waterjet from .090" aluminum....full wrap with no issues.
I had to open the table that drives the sprocket to add a new column for 140 teeth.....might do the trick for you too.
