Haha, I looked at the Local Teams menu, and even hovered over it, but completely missed that our team was in there.
I have a quick suggestion I didn't mention before: in the lists at the bottom of your main page (which appears to be a sitemap of sorts,) it may look nicer to set list-style-type: none; and to remove the margin on the left.
Just an idea.
