You don't need Enable unless you are trying to bypass the spike relay.
As a word of warning there have been many teams, including my own, who have had issues with the default ControlLoop VI not working. In the driver station it returns an error of invalid relay index. If you are not working with an unbagged robot you might have trouble shoot this issue at the competition.
