2nd Year Drive Coach

Hey guys!

I know there have been a lot of threads about this already, but I’m looking for a bit different of an answer. So here goes: This season will be my second season as the Drive Coach (we use students on 1126, but we don’t have to get into that debate) and I’m looking for some advice from some seasoned pros. I have heard a lot of the basics, which helped me tremendously last year. In the second year, what are some things I should work on (Strategy, coaching style, etc) to improve for this season? What do those who have already coached a few matches of Rebound Rumble have to say? Do you have any specific pointers for someone who is coaching their second year, or playing this game?

Again, I have heard the standard response to qualities a good coach should have, and I am always trying to develop these skills as well and I learned ALOT last year. If you have any advice on coaching such as style, strategy (this game involves a ton, which is awesome), how to be aware of what the alliance is doing and coordinating an alliance, making quick field calls, Rebound-Rumble specific advice, etc (and how to improve on those skills), your advice is greatly appreciated.
