I can see the serious issues with the case in B- I've been required to travel on the road and had to do all my purchasing and approvals while traveling. While I don't think it has slowed our team down I don't know if the team has realized that things just don't happen instantaneously.

Many students, and teachers, are used to things just appearing when they're needed. Long lead items, items in demand, and items that have to be ordered and drop shipped take time. Most teams don't have an infinite budget and (in some cases I've seen) the first hit on google is the one I'm told to order- even if the price is 5x another vendor.

I can't speak to your specifics, obviously, but I'd just ask you consider that there may be working going on in the background that you just don't see.
