For all the 2012 Dean's List Finalists, we will be releasing a guide on what you should do when you get to CMP probably right after Week 6/MAR CMP/FiM State. And thanks goes to Crystal (Waffles) for the guide, it helped a lot of the finalists last year and turned out to be a great resource.
Also, if you are a Dean's List finalist, we have a Facebook group for you! However, it is INVITE only. So, to join, PM me (Kyle J. Fender) or Crystal (Waffles) so that we can get you linked in to the Dean's List network!
Don't be afraid to ask questions; we're glad you guys are here and we're proud of your accomplishments! From the Classes of 2010 & 2011, welcome!
Also, side note: if you happen to be the lucky teammate/coach/mentor of a Dean's List finalist, and happen to have the essay that was used for entry, send it over to
fender.kyle@gmail.com if you want to exhibit why your team nominated that Dean's List student . We're working on a blog for the Dean's List, and hopefully those stories/essays will give onlookers and new people to FIRST an insight on how FIRST has affected those into becoming amazing people that are constantly changing the world we live in.
