I think your a little off wes. The reason it is called 4.2 is because it is the new update. 4.0 had cs and reactor.
What is included in 4.2 is as follows
: A new Cdilla license key. This will prevent you from using the old key generator to get a new registration code.
:This Service Pack includes an Intel® Performance Pack that can be optionally selected during installation to provide increased performance. For clarity, installation of this Service Pack WITH the Intel Performance Pack results in a product version of 4.2.6.
