I'm not sure why they aren't all twitching.
It looks like Periodic Tasks keeps setting the same motors as autonomous, just more slowly. Whoever is last wins. Sometimes that's probably auto and other times it's going to be Periodic.
Auto wins more often just because it's running twice as fast as the Periodic Tasks loop.
