By interpretation of this is that, because teams who won CCA prior to 2007 and eligible to submit for RCA this year, they would also be eligible for CCA again if they were selected for that honor. |
I'm sorry - I was interpreting Glenn's comment as 'they would give out more than one Championship Chairman's Award
per year , not that you can win CCA more than once...
