I generally do my rankings relative to field performance (as opposed to Chairman's or EI or other awards). FRC548 looked way better than FRC33 at Troy. With a win and a Finalist under their belt, I would expect an objective ranking of 548 to be higher than 33. (Not that I am knocking on my own team, but we (our team) did not perform up to our desired field performance level at Troy). Do others participating in creating a ranking list* include RCA and EI into their considerations towards rankings? If you don't make a list, then frankly I am not interested in your opinion (not being mean, I just feel that you need some skin in this game to give your $0.02).
