I hate to fan the fire like this, but they also gave out some pretty neat extras to 'regional' competitors that they didn't bother to hand out at any districts last year.
It's melodramatic, but why are district teams treated a bit like red-headed step-children? (No offense to the red-headed step-children, of course)
