This year we found ourselves in the same boat. We had to recruit some engineers. We created a WE BUILD ROBOTS BUT WE NEED HELP flier and sent it out to anyone and everyone we could think of that had engineering ties. You can view it here and you are welcome to take what you like from it. Can't say that it brought us in a big wave of engineers, but we did find a couple this year to help us!
