The other factor is where your CG is located; if it's centered, it's going to be substantially harder to wheelie up, but if it's close to one end of your bot, it's going to be easier.

If you're actually wheelie-ing up, and not using something to prop the front up, don't forget that you have to go away from the bridge, then slam forwards to wheelie up.
A slightly higher than normal CG and torquey drivetrain helps too.
