Power a Hall Effect Sensor

So I recently made a circuit that had a hall effect sensor on it (includes a led for feedback) and then I tested it to a greater extent by connecting it up to an Arduino to read the Analog value. But because of the results from a test using a batter for power, i was concerned about the power source to the circuit being regulated enough to provide stable feedback.

With this being said, what would be the best (most regulated) way to power the sensor board?

Thanks,
Davis C
