Re: CONGRATULATIONS 16, 25, and 180!
Thanks to everybody for such positive words. We are very proud to have our first world championship in our 17th year.
And a BIG thank you to our alliance partners who recognized our value in the face of much inconsistency on the field. It was an extremely frustrating first few days. We had very few issues through three regionals, and then at world nearly every part of our catapult failed multiple times (motors, gearboxes, programming issues, and a game pad failure). However, it was all a blessing in disguise because it caused 12 other picks to go before us, putting us with the best two key shooters in the division!
And how about some love for the Galileo division?! Nobody gave us a chance to win this thing!
Thanks again. And good luck next year.
Edit: and yes... Twice getting our comms knocked out on the field and sitting idle while the radio rebooted.
