I have read many threads about what went happened at the championship, but first let me congratulate all of the 12 teams who made it that far, great work.

But to bring up the elephant in the room it is quite honest that something in the whole field/robot control system needs to be changed for next year to eliminate the issues with the field, because the loosing of comms is quite embarrassing not just to the tens of thousands of dollars and hours FRC engineers dump into the field and control system.

So let's bring this to the table where many teams congregate to discuss what is going on in the world of FRC. What could be changed in the field/control system to possibly eliminate the issue of the loss of comms or any other issue found strictly on the field.

Please be descriptive about what you want to change and how you think it would affect the system. Some may be interested in testing out your theories. If you suggest the use of a new product please add who makes it and other details. This thread is a place to discuss new ways instead of just being a collaborative about what went wrong at CMP or any other event in the past.

I'm sure as a collaborative group we can all find a way to solve this problem.
