Our team had several of our KOP wheels fail this year. Unfortunately it was because of loctite!
We switched them for IFI and Plactions in week 5.
I have seen several KOP wheels fail around the bearing like the one in your picture. This year I thought we would give them a try as the wheels had a nice grip to them but going over the bump was going to be too much for them.
