After having had a fantastic time at IRI in 2010 and 2011, we just wanted to let you know that the lack of an application from 1519 for IRI this year isn't because we haven't enjoyed IRI in the past! Rather, this year is turning out to be the year of the "road trip" for many of the 1519 students and coaches -- not only marathon through-the-night drives to North Carolina and St. Louis for tournaments, but weddings and graduations for our primary coaches' former team members! We just couldn't squeeze in another big driving trip this year.
We've very much enjoyed our 3 past trips out to IRI and hope to be able to return again some year in the future. It's been fun to have a lot of matches with great teams from the midwest and around the world.
